Who killed Arushi Talwar

While there is still mystery sorrounding this case, there are some thoughts which come to mind.
The Goof-up theory

My first theory is the "goof up theory"
May be some Tom, Dick or Harry hired contract killers to kill someone high profile next door. But the killer was stupid and killed Rajesh Talwar's daughter accidentally which was witnessed by Hemraj and he got killed too. I believe Rajesh Talwar's client's, colleagues, and neighbor's should be questioned too.

The property Angle

Were Arushi's grand parents rich ? May be they wrote all the property in the name of Arushi which annoyed some famiy members or relatives ? CBI should investigate that angle also. Also the DNA finger prints lineage should be established with her parents and her grandparents. There are rumors about she being an adopted kid.

The servant theory

In India most robbery, murder cases are a result of information leak out by maids, servants etc. Servant had links or he was compromised by some outsider to kidnap Arushi, but Hemraj turned hostile in the end as a result both got killed.
Or there was a dispute between Vishnu and Hemraj, Vishnu killed Hemraj which was witnessed by Arushi..but this doesn't explain how killer got time to slit throat and made it look professional. It proves that the killer was intelligent/experienced also.Keep in mind Vishnu is still absconding from the scene. He was questioned by police only the first day.

The Secret

As per CBI Arushi’s cell phone had some secret that is why it was taken away after murder. What could be the secret ? The professional manner she was killed without much evidence suggests some bigger/international hand in it

1)She may have obtained some political secret, party warfare or some minister’s sex scandal nexus, which had the potential to bring down the government.

2)She accidentally got hold of some other country’s atomic secrets or financial secrets

3)Military secret ? Like bofors scandal or war strategies etc..

4)May be the innocent girl was made scapegoat of CIA or some intelligence agency because she was brilliant in her studies. Generally CIA hires intelligent students also to crack international codes OR she was an implant of a worldwide crime nexus Mission Impossible style.


But whatever is the case. I hope truth comes out soon and she gets justice, may God bless Arushi's soul.

10/06/08- - Shame on Balaji telefilms--Please boycott

Dr. Talwar bail application was rejected today. Balaji telefilms was asked not to show the serial on Arushi. As per latest CBI statement, there were three people present in the house that day. Compounder Krishna is one of them. There were finger prints found on glass. He has been giving contradictory statements. He is right now the biggest suspect, he has been questioned the whole day. There has been a curfew in the Noida neigborhood of Talwars.

After 2 lie detector tests CBI took Krishna to Hindon, Khera and Nithari to find the murder weapon. But no progress till now.
